2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns regarding fraud.

  • Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our website. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Sales tax will be applied in accordance with California state law and any other applicable jurisdictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available only to states and locations where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information.

  • An adult (21+) with valid government-issued identification must be present to accept delivery. Carriers are legally prohibited from leaving wine shipments unattended.

5. Return & Refund Policy

At Paulo Wines, we take great care in sourcing and shipping our wines. Due to the nature of alcoholic products and state laws, our return policy is limited.

  • Final Sale: All sales are final once processed and shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed bottles. We do not issue refunds for taste preferences.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your wine arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or the return of the product. A replacement or refund will be provided.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days. We will reship the correct product or issue a refund.

  • Shipping Issues: Orders refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or absence of an adult signature may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from any refund.

  • Weather Conditions: Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. Paulo Wines is not responsible for damage caused by weather once the shipment is in transit. Customers are encouraged to select appropriate shipping options during hot or cold months.
